Well, well, it's been a while since I've done one of these! Lets hope that I haven't forgotten my way with words!

Hello everyone! Today I bring to you this week's 'Featured Stories' with some fantastic entries so lets get cracking to it and get into detail on why the stories that have been picked, well...have been picked with some information on the contest as well!


Gundham Tanaka x Reader (Danganronpa 2)It was a grey and gloomy day.  The clouds let out a dark almost purplish sinister aura that invaded the island much like the time when Monokuma first appeared.  The wind was pulling at the gentle green palm trees as if they were some boy yanking at a little girl’s pig-tails.  The ocean’s attitude seemed to reflect the air, as waves were crashing down violently upon the sand, hitting it with every ounce of force that the water had.  The sand seemed sharper than usually, not in the way that it would cause death to one’s feet if they stepped upon it, rather a torturous method like the iron maiden, poking small holes in the bottom of feet.  That was exactly the way Gundham Tanaka liked it.
He strolled happily down the beach, shoes off, wearing his bathing suit.  His Hell Hound Earing dangling from his right ear.  His hair stood still in place, perfectly.  Yet, strangely, his dark purple scarf still resided on his neck.  He was -- Well lets start off with this glorious piece made by ! Although I'm not familiar with the series that this fan fiction has been based off, I really enjoyed the character portraits and the differences between them. The description was simple but well-versed as well and all in all, I really enjoyed the interaction between the Reader and Gundham. Although I think the thing that influenced me the most to pick it was because a hamster was evil. Come on, a HAMSTER was evil. There's no better reason to not feature this.

Pietro’s POV
    It’s hard to believe that I’ve been living with this woman for almost 10 months and for some reason even with the feeling that I’m betraying someone I want to be closer to her. When that Barton guy called me and told me that I need too look for her I thought he was joking until we found her puking blood in that bathroom of that bar. The doctor that was waiting in the apartment I feel like I owe her something close to an apology. Here I am unable to do anything to help Miss. Alcestis. I’m so useless. All she’s ever done is help me and when she needs it I can’t do anything. I feel a hand on my shoulder as I look up too see the Barton guy looking at me with sad eyes.
    “Pietro, you can let go of her hand she’s in the clear now.”
    “How can she be?” I ask completely confused.
  & -- Although the whole series is rather adorable and clever, out of the chapters so far I enjoyed this one the most. creates another possibility to what happened to Quicksilver after Ultron, and an atmosphere of either it being romantic or mutual. You can decide that one for yourselves. The original character is well thought out and I enjoyed how her powers are still helpful, but not in your face 'I'm better' like some I have read before. It's a nice change of pace to have a character who although has a tragic past, still keeps on going. I truly enjoyed this story and am glad to have been able to feature it!

-- No one can even try to tell me that this isn't a cute but saucy sequel. No one. Don't even try. This story is awesome, although it is quite the smutty fanfic for a fangirl's heart, though I suppose that isn't a bad thing either. In fact, that's probably a good thing! Although I enjoyed the story as a whole, my favourite part was actually the ending and how the conclusion actually really worked and intertwined well with the plot. I suppose that's why it worked so well with the title as well. A thoroughly enticing read by the lovely , and one that I definitely recommend to Masato fans everywhere!

:thumb535576382: -- Well already this has started off as a refreshing read. As much as I love a female reader insert, I do enjoy it when people write for males as well since they deserve their chance to shine also. It starts off with sentences that intrigue you and ends with a sentence that concludes the story perfectly. I enjoyed how Urie was focused and the personality that the reader was given to blend it all together. An excellent story by an excellent author, certainly knows how to capture a personality well!

Mature Content

-- So our final beauty for the week, we have 's Yu-Gi-Oh! fan fiction, with two characters that I wasn't expecting to see; Yuri and Dennis. Despite its shortness and my surprise, I actually really enjoyed this fanfic for its simplicity but eye-catching sentences. Its cleverly done in a way that truly gets you interested, even when it ends and although Yu-Gi-Oh isn't my biggest strong point, I'm sure that the writer managed to get the characters' personalities just right. A fine read!

Although there are some things that need to be said before I end this journal, so I'm going to just label them simply so if any curiosity on the subjects are keened, then you'll be able to see it easily.

1) has already mentioned it, but I'll do so again. He will not be around until early October so I'll be controlling the group entirely by myself until he gets back. This also leads to the second label.

2) You have all been patiently waiting for the results for the contest and me () and Wolf have been trying to sort it out but there's been a lot of personal problems. I was gone for a while due to school and Wolf has now gone due to his personal issues which I will not label, since that is his own choice to do so. However because he is gone, I do not want to submit the winners because we haven't clearly decided yet and I'd feel rude to do so without his content, so until he is free to chat with me we'll have to postpone the results. We're truly sorry about the long wait but there's not much else we can do about it. Unless of course the other Co-Founders come online, which leads to label 3.

3) The other Co-Founders of this group have not been online for ages. Not just a couple weeks but more like months, maybe even a year. I have no desire to kick them out the group in case they may come back soon, but because of their absence we can't have their help on voting, which leads to the previous predicament.

4) We'll hopefully be getting back into the normal system of 'Featured Stories' so we hope there will be no more inconveniences towards you all.


...Okay, that should be all. Sorry for the rant but I believe these problems should be explained to you all so you can have an understanding about the situation as well. We are truly, truly, hopelessly sorry for whats happening and hope to sort out the results in a bit. We've already taken some advice for it, but wish to keep the voting between us for reasons.
